Thanx chazza will try x
I bought a tub of intensive conditioner from Avon a while ago, for coloured hair, I use it once a week and it leaves hair really soft and smells lovely too!
Well I have coloured my hair a lot & I too find my hair quiet dry. Hot oil works with some but didnt do much for my hair. What did however was using deep conditioning masks like once a week and leaving them on for like 5 minutes a time! If hot oil dont work try this!!! :)

Dont know anyone who does Avon x
you can get them in boots, superdrug, normally in little packets. Aussie does good wee ones, so does pantene. They'll more than likely be beside the shampoos.
Try serum in your hair too. They're good for your hair.

Does it not go greasy ?
Hey, tell me about the grey ! x
no cab it dosn't go greasey, i rub it on the ends to about half way up, leave it for anything between 20 mins or overnight (pref when on your own coz it's not very attractive and you smell a bit like a chip shop) can be a bit of a passion killer...lol, then i give it a good wash with shampoo only, twice is better and let dry naturally.then you should have soft shiny locks, you only need to do this about once a month, just think of all the women from the mediterranean who have lovely long shiny hair, they have diets rich in olive oil so must be something in it :)

Well the oilive oil did the trick, lovely silky shiny hair.
Will try others soon
Thanks
Just in addition to the fabulous pieces of advise, the intensive conditioners you buy that say leave on for 5 Mins can in fact be left on for a lot longer. Twice a week I use one, (Elvive or Trsemme) I smother it all over my hair, rub in well, comb through, then wrap your hair in clingfilm and leave this on all night. Shampoo your hair in the morning and you wil have fabulous lovely shiny hair thats in great nick!
