i mneed some make up advise, im very blonde with pale skinand blue eyes, ( i have occular albinism oca 1 feel free to google it )which mainly affects the eysight am a bit short sighted wear contacts ) and skin tone, my hair is blonde, like the colour of roxy hair in eastenders
what color eye shadow n mascara wud be ok, i use nude lipstick, but never get the eyes right

is there any make up for pale people,

I think you should consult a professional. Try not to go for any bright colours as it will make you look washed out. Ideally you want colours to warm up your complaxion.
