healthy look make up.....?

has anyone noticed the nice make up look some celebrities have when you see them done up on tv? you know the sort i mean? its like a subtle luminous sheen on their cheeks, giving a really nice healthy appearance. (for instance, ulrika in the recent cbb had the look when she went into the house done up and a little when she left)
do yo know what it is they use, as id like to try it myself!

Some foundations have an iluminating affect e.g rimmel recover and boujous sleep effect foundation which is fab.

Or you could buy an skin illuminator and apply yourself to the tops of your cheekbones. The body shop do a really good one- cant remember what its called though.

I use an Eyeko shimmery skin cream under my foundation which I really like at the moment. I think its called feel the glow.

Obviously the celebs will use more expensive stuff - but I'm a budget girl ;-)
