Best Curl Mascara ?

Hi, Can anyone recommend a mascara which curls the eyelashes without leaving them like burnt out matchsticks, doesn't smudge under the eye, doen't require numerous coats and is NOT waterproof?!

Well depending on your budget I just got the yves san laurent one as a birthday present (volume lash I think) and it's prety good. Failing that I was using loriel lash architect before and that was ok too. I've seen a poster today for a new clinique one too which promises no more need for eye lash curlers and I used their mascaras in the past and they were also good... If you try the clinique one can you leave some feedback on here please as I'd like to know how good it is?

I use an eye lash curler before appying mascara.

That way, it doesn't really matter whether the mascara is a curling one or not. I've found that I don't have to use as much mascara either.

I have quite long lashes & it works a treat on them.

Hiya - I love mascara and have used and have an opinion on every brand in my time. My eyelashes go quite curly anyhoo, but if you want for curling only - then someone bought me Avon Superfull mascara - which curled so much they touched my eyebrows, people were stopping me asking where i got my fake lashes from!
