scars on facee

i have lots of little red marks and scars on my face from scratching/squeezing spots.

i was wondering what treatment would be best to get rid of them?

The obvious choice would be to have a professional face peel if you can afford it. This will get rid of all your marks! Other than that you can use Bio Oil at home which is designed to reduce scarring etc. It won't be as effective as a peel but better than nothing and much cheaper.

the best remedy that i found was to make a solution of some lemon juice, glycerin and rosewater and apply it daily on the face before sleeping.
It worked for me hope it works for you too!

Guinot's Hydradermie facial is meant to be very good for acne scarring. Not cheap but just about the best facial out there short of invasive procedures.
