I thought it wouldbe great to all give our top beauty tip. I have loads but my very best is to use a footfile daily and then to rub Norwegian formula Neutrogena hand cream into your feet. Mine have neve been so soft since doing this.

Footfile daily seems harsh on the skin. especially if your under 60y.

I resemble that remark Tamborine. Do you think the oversixties lose their sensitivity?

no....their feet have done more work and skin hardened.

But, if you've spent your life barefoot walking on rough ground you would probably need a footfile

ok. I have just my hand over my just turned sixty feet and am would not go anywhere near them with a footfile. Ever.....!

Coriander, I like your idea of putting your beauty tips. I read in the Daily Mail that vicks vapour rub is good for tightening up the skin on the neck area. Will have to get some and see if it works.

Obviously it depents how hard the skin on your feet is.When I say a foot file, I mean one of those flat sandpaper type things that has a gentle side on one side and a slightly stronger sander on the other.
Thanks grasscarp for the tip.Has any one else got one they could share.I realise that not every tip will suit every person but hopefully we will all gain a little gem along the way.

Another tip I'd like to pass on for anyone who may be interested is to moisturise legs and arms daily, paying special attention to giving the thights and underneath the arm tops and good old massage .This realy does help to prevent bat wing arms and flabby thighs as you get a bit older.

Will try your tip on my bat wings Coriander. I have loads of body lotions - even the type that claim to firm you up, but almost never bother to apply them! Third day of using the Vicks vapour rub on neck area and it does look a bit better already.
