Also my hair is naturally wavy- it has been straightened in the photo (sorry looks kind of horrible in the photo)

Just poking fun... Although you really shouldn't post your picture on here, it's not sensible.

That said... a sweeping side fringe would probably suit you and shoulder length with some layers would probably give texture etc...

Blunt fringes are lovely on elfin faces, but for you - no I don't think so. I thought your hair looked lovely and suited your face very well.
