No7 do one that is quite reasonable but I think it's still more than £10 although cheaper online (ebay) but I guess you risk not getting the right one. I've known people swear by nivia (blue pot), I can't use it but that would be cheaper. I'm also vaguely sure I once read about one sold in Aldi's or a shop like that which was about £3 and fantastic... You'd have to reasearch that last one though as I'm not entirely sure.
Firstly you need to know the difference between anti-wrinkle and firming. Anti-wrinkle prevents wrinkles (apparently) and firming helps to reduce the appearance of existing lines and wrinkles. I've been using anti-wrinkle products since I was 19 and still have no lines at 33. But a good way to ensure young looking skin is to have a good diet and healthy lifestyle.
On that budget I honestly couldn't recommend a specific product but L'oreal are a good company and they own a lot of the more exclusive cosmetic houses such as Lancome and Helena Rubenstein.

most important thing is to use a cream with spf (even on non sunny days!). If you believe what we are told you should not be using a face cream around your eyes it would be considered too heavy. Sorry not able to tell you names of creams to use but felt this might help. I have tried lots over the years and still have some wrinkles which I feel I would have to expect(I call them laughter lines really!). As I say have tried many different things and whilst some do feel really good I cannot say it has worked or not(or maybe even just helped). I have recently started using priori products with the advice of a beautician and had some 'peels' by skin is in the best condition it has ever been but still some lines. I do think alot of it has to do with your genes! I am very like my mum and she has quite wrinkly skin. My sister is more like my dad who does not really have many wrinkles and my sister seems to be like him - she uses soap and water on her face and when remembers slaps on some cream!!
1) Try to live healthy. Follow practices that are not only beneficial to your skin but also for your body. Eat foods rich in anti oxidants to prevent free radicals in your body. Free radicals are one of the common causes of wrinkles, so in order to prevent new wrinkles from forming, try to eat foods with anti oxidants. Diet consisting of raw foods, or following the Okinawan diet, also aid in the fight against skin aging and coordinates well with anti wrinkle creams.
