now that is funny Den
Mrs O and DT - we have been having a laugh entering different stuff in - it does differ from region to region - my son informed me we dont live in the South East but we come under London - so now I am a year older....I alway say London now, since that programme on the telly The Only Way is Essex - I am too embarrassed to say I live in Essex............(:o(
Mine came out as 41 and I'm 40. It was weight that did it but I'm losing that gradually.
Well done you, Tigger - I bought treadmill last year but sold it a month later - when folded down we used it as a coffee table, but I couldn't move it to hoover.

I should be ashamed as my son is a personal trainer, he offers to train me, but he shouts at me too much - I said to him the other day - on the charts I am down as obese, he said 'Don't be silly Mum, you are not obese' 'Oh thanks Glen' - 'you are just fat'........he still has the bruises !
Thanks Den, I'm starting to find it hard but I am getting there but I'd love a personal trainer.
62, I have aged two years, 60 next month
2 years for me too (64 = 66) The arrow was down very low untill I put in that I drink alcohol 3 times a week then it shot up!
jem.. i wish you hadnt posted this ... :) hi masma how are you ?
more than I'd like (a couple of years on) but I know I weigh too much and I don't exercise.
I'm 76. I will be 48 in September. This is not good.
I just tried it, and if I gave up drinking I could live an extra 7 years in a geriatric ward..... Cheers!
Mine came out as 32 and I have just turned 33 so quite chuffed with that result! :o)
Reckons I could go down another 5 years if I reviewed my alcohol intake .... but we don't want to do that...... lol
Hello Anneasquith - not too bad ta (would've been better if mine had come out at 21!)
Going from day to day as you do.... Off on hol's on Sunday so, fingers crossed, I'll get my batteries recharged.
Thank you for asking - hope you're well xx
masma, have a great holiday.

Anne - thank you. Jemisa - wish I'd thought of that, I might have another go!
Hmmmm..it told me I could lower my age by 4 years. It recommended I eat a better diet....this after I said I ate very healthily-the highest rating......
What would it have said if I had a poor diet?

18, 6 years younger than my actual age but I could apparently take 8 years off that by following some simple steps, if I do that would I start growing again?
I decreased my age by saying I have one drink per week. So NO drinking makes me older....????
