Cold sores ? in my nostrils.
I get a lot of these on my lips, but had them in my nose for ages.
Doctor given me 2 different types of creams, all to no avail.

You might try Calendula cream. I have had various small skin complaints, all of which have been soothed by Calendula cream

i use zovirax when i get a coldsore, pretty effective

I have them also, on lips and up nose for 50 years. My old Doctor told me if you treat it, it lasts a week if you don't it lasts 7 days., a bit like a cold! I just keep mine well lubricated with blizteze or something similar to stop them from cracking.
