appologies for this question, but do any other women out there get random tingling nipples that if you try to ignore get worse and worse that no matter where you are you need to go and play with them to stop them tingling? Often they become very hard as they tingle. I dont know what causes this and it doesnt happen to any of my friends. This can be a pain if it happens in a busy supermarket que or in a lecture at uni as i need to go away to play with them. help

The only time I have experienced this is whilst breast feeding, I'd only have to think about my babies and they'd start up (the nipples I mean)! Not much help I'm afraid, maybe Sqad might throw some light on this.?.... .... :0)
bit of a strange question to ask and a bit of a strange time of night to ask it!
there will be plenty of folk around here wanting to help you alleviate this physically!
Your pregnant.
Darn it I was trying to resist offering help.

Just wondering how old you are HMP. Not an adolescent new hormone thing causing nerve reactions, is it ?

now that is extremely to the point, sqad - could have couched it with "you may wish to try a test" or something......
DT...No!
lol you had me there....so what is it?
DT...as I have said....she is probably pregnant.
But I have a similar problem with part of my anatomy, and I'm fairly sure I'm not pregnant. Not allowed in Tesco's and more.
lol Old Geezer....

I think Sqad should have worded this "there is a possibility that you are pregnant and that you should go and get a testing kit" - or at least explore where HMP is in her ovulatory cycle before jumping in with a direct "You're pregnant"
Old_Geezer.....ah! but you are, i presume male.....in which case yours is far more serious than pregnancy as it sounds like a bad case, a very bad case of idiopathic mammary hyperasthaesia, usually only seen in Mongolian donkeys.
I would suggest you make an appointment with your vet.
lolol Sqad - you don't half make me laugh!
sounds like London Zoo for you, Old Geezer.
HMP, Sqad id probably right, go and get a test done, you don't have to have missed a period to be pregnant.

Let us know, I'll knit some booties meanwhile.

jem
I don't think Old Geezer was referring to his nipples...
if she is starting out on her sex life for the first time or hasn't done it for a long time, can't this throw the hormonal balance a bit and hence the cycle????
DT....it can indeed.
thanks Sqad so HMP, the advice is go and get a pregnancy testing kit.....and let us know as the knitters like Jemima will swing into action.
