My tummy feels bloated when I sit down...and sometimes when I stand up. I have cut down on my portions and started to do excersize to see if any of that helps but it doesn't. I'm a size 8-10 in clothes but my tummy does slightly buldge...I don't know if I am over reacting and i just need to tone up or what??
It all sounds very normal to me bluebird. You haven't got anything to complain or worry about, at a size 8-10 with only a slight bulge. Stop worrying, and don't cut down on those portions too much.
Maybe it's your diet rather than your portion size?
If you cut down your portion size and exercise, you'll probably lose weight, but not change the bloatedness.
