About 2 months ago I noticed a tiny patch at the back of my head that seemed to have lost its hair. It seemed to be growing back so i didnt worry about it but noticed now it has come back and is slightly bigger (about the size of a 5p) reat of my hair seems ok and have thick hair. What could this be and should I be worried about it?

Don't worry about it I had the same as you in my late teens but it grew back in the end.

How many bald patches did you get and how long to grow back. ? I am in my mid fourties and have always had thick hair

I just had the one about the size you describe, I can't remember how long it took to grow back it was a very long time ago. I'm sure it was quite a few months.
