Please can you tell me if it is ok to take Ibuprofen when on 300mg irbesartan (Aprovel) and 20mg rosuvastatin (Crestor) per day.

Crestor..........no big deal.
Aprovel...........could be a bit dicey. If you are taking Ibuprofen for a short period of time e.g 3 or 4 days, then no problem, but don't take the combination for longer than a week.

Have you tried the Ibuprofen heat pads sibton?

Sorry sibton they are Nurofen heat pads...........they are quite expensive so I only use them if walking/standing for any great length of time.
