incentive spirometer...any thoughts

I got one, is seems like a good idea, but isnt going to be an overnight solution

I had to Google that. It is the same device I was given to use after my lung surgery. I was supposed to continue using it but being lazy I didn't. They must be good if the hospital gives them out though.

i´ve heard good reports, but i´m just a little impatient. I dont imagine seeing any results for at least a month. i use one twice a day

You might be surprised give it a couple of weeks you might see some improvement but stik with it
