Strange ache between my shoulder blades. And hurts when putting arms up...........

It might also be caused by bad posture. Do you spend a lot of time hunched over your computer keyboard?

If it is only when you put your arms up and if it is of recent origin, then it is almost certainly muscular, due to some unaccustomed exercise or as sandy suggests. No big deal, it should settle.

Are you wearing the same bra? If you are built generously and you are wearing an ill-fitting bra then it could be caused by a your bra straining to contain your boobs. ;-)
