Hairs diss appeared on leg

I've noticed something strange midway down towards the left on my left thigh. It's as if there's a patch of hair that's been shaved. I've never noticed it before. It's quite obvious as its quite a hairy part of my body. The only thing I can think of is that my mobile phone has caused it, as that's where it will be against in my pocket.

It's definitely not a prank as I've not been near my friends or unconscious for anyone to be able to shave that part of me. It genuinely looks as though it's been shaved.

Can a mobile phone cause hair to disappear ?

I would imagine it's more a case of your phone causing the fabric to rub on your leg in that particular spot. Most men of a certain age have quite hairless parts of their lower legs because that's where their socks come to and the elasticated section rubs, so it could be similar with your phone.
