I have been taking Glucosamine tablets and Omega 3 capsules.
A friend suggested I take a combination tablet of Glucosamine with Chondroitin. I have never heard of this, is this like Omega 3?
Many thanks for your help.

For what reason are you taking them?.....arthritis?. ...joint pain?

I guess that it is for joint pain. Glucosamine, Chondroitin and omega 3 are all different substances.

Since posting I read that Chondroitin described as "marine" so I thought it may be similar to Omega 3 oil. I take them for my joints - knees mainly. I shall probably just stick to taking Glucosamine and Omega 3 separately, I just wondered what Chrondroitin is taken for,
Thank you very much for your prompt reply Sqad.
It may be effective when taken with glucosamine.....
