i have them continuessly, i know it isnt possible to cure them but wondered how others manage to ease them?

If you keep getting them continuously though I'd say its worth getting yourself checked out - unless a health care professional has already diagnosed you with recurrent problem, though I imagine that person would also have given you some advice on how to manage them.
It might be quite harmless but it could also be a symptom of another health problem.

I've posted replies to similar questions before on here. I used to suffer with ulcers but was advised to try a six month course of vitamin B1 complex (over the counter from your chemist) - I haven't had one since and that was several years ago (hope I'm not tempting fate !). If you try it I hope it works for you. Good luck
