Stick with Nini74, I stopped nearly 3 years ago made up my mind not to have another. There are times when I really fancy one but I don't think I want to go through all the hassle of smelling like an ashtray all time and drowning myself with body spray to cover up the smell, and then the anxiety of trying to give it up all over again. The only thing I will advise is watch what you eat. Food tastes better ...oh fresh baked bread and butter....So the weight may creep on, watch that and eat sensibly.
