I started with a hacking cough two months ago, had two lots of antibiotics and still left with breathing problems, I'm waiting for results of a chest xray, full blood test. and ECG, but no relief for the breathing. Have a word with your GP about it.
If recent then it could be the additional inhaling of allergens with the increased breathing of exercise or being outdoors more, jogging etc...
I get it with asthma and though it doesn't bother me much nowadays and I don't do much too energetic with the arthritis to get out of breath exertion sets mine off. Another pet hate of mine is people who liberally spray stuff about at work like deodorant or body spray as that sets me off too - wish people could be more considerate and go spray it outside or just away from where people are working.
