Ramipril

just started taking Ramipril,does anyone on here take this,ifso,do you have any of the side effects?

Had a dry cough at the beginning, but it soon tailed off.

O/H has been taking for a while as diabetic.I am having blood pressure probs

I'm a diabetic & I was taking them for a while but they gave me a persistant cough - cough - cough, drove everyone & me barmy. Doc prescribed me an alternative & I'm fine on those. No BP probs now.

thanks for that,was told to take 1st in evening as may've cused rapid drop in B/P,so far so good

I was given them but they sent my kidney function tests sky high so now on amlodopine

It's very random, I have Ramipril with no side effects but Amlodipine floored me!

Used to have Rampiril, but started getting headaches, so switched to Losartan and have been fine since.

Taken them for years with no side effects.

i take both Ramipril and Amlodipine, no side effects experienced at all
