Bowen Therapy

Hi, Is there anyone on AB that has had the Bowen Therapy? did it have any effect? does it help everything at once? or is each treatment specific to only one problem? I'm considering having this treatment but wanted to know other people's opinions. Thank you.

hi i had some on my knee once. I don't think i was an ideal patient because after the treatment it hurt so much more that i dodn't go back
