If a female has a dropped bladder, is it likely to protrude as a dropped womb would?

A dropped womb (uterus) is obvious as it protrudes out of the vagina BUT a dropped bladder protrudes not out of the vagina but remains inside (cystoceol)
So, if you see something protruding out of the vagina it is almost certainly a dropped womb.
Now a dropped womb CAN produce bladder problems.
