So as well as still being in pain with my back, and tendonitis in both feet, I now have what I assume is sciatica as I have a shooting pain down the back of my left leg. Am doing well aren't I? lol

Pilates - is the benefit worth the money ?

Just painkillers and an anti-inflammatory cream. He told me to go back this week if no better but haven't been able to get an appointment yet.

Sorry to hear that, Snowball. The sciatica is probably a consequence of the back problem. When it clears up both should disappear.

wrap you up, smowball, box you up and put you on a plane to Sqad.

But then all he would do is put you on Ibuprofen and those you can go down to Boots for.
