Is milk still good to help you grow even in adulthood ? Like for a guy in his early 30's ? So if he drinks plenty of milk, would he still grow ?

It wouldn't stunt his growth but I don't think it would help either.

There is woman who I work with who is quite big, and she is in her late 30's and drinks a carton of milk every morning. Just wondered if it would work ?
At 30 you have reached your full height, as Bednobs says you would only grow outwards if you drink too much full fat milk.
No, milk's for babies really.

As an adult drink it in moderation for calcium and protein.
Are you wanting to gain weight clinkatyclank?

If so eat heathily but more often. Have largish portions and fortify your meals with extra olive oil, dressings and full fat products. Yes do drink milk but not too much and eat cheese, nuts and healthy snacks.

Have a look here for more ideas.

I just want to increase my height.
Aint gonna happen in your 30's CC,you're as tall as you're ever gonna get i'm afraid.
*Chortlesplutters* it astounds me sometimes how people don't really understand the human body. When you have finished puberty, you finish growing in height
Clinkaty, if you are in your 30's block heels are the only thing that will aid your height. Sorry, but you've reached your full height.

Desktop, please ask yourself 'do others need to know this' before you post.
Then no you need growth hormones for that. Milk in babies doesn't actually make them grow they just make the bone that forms as they grow good quality from the calcium, Vits A, D etc etc etc
EcclesCake, some people might need to poo and if milk helps so be it .......
Smurf, Desktops comment wasn't relevant to the post and the frequent references to her bowel movements is tedious and unnecessary.
