I Have Started With A Stupid Cough..........havent Had A Cold Or Anything, Just Coughing And It Is Making My Throat Feel Hot. Plus My Head Aching. What Is It.? I Know You Get A Cough After A Cold But Never Heard Of You Getting One Before.?

no more than 8 paracetamols and 3 400mg Ibuprofen in any 24 hours

Are you serious sqad? the packet says no more than 3 Ibuprofen at 400mg in 24 hours and do not exceed the stated dose

I have just been in Canada and there is a terrible cough going around there. It was prevelant in the airport and on the aircraft. If there is a bug on an aircraft, it will be all around the UK in no time so it might be the same thing. People didn`t seem to have a cold, just a dry cough. Try Pholcodine for the cough and ibuprofen or paracetamol for the headache (and lots of fluids of course in case of a temperature).

I don't joke on Health and Fitness..1200mgms of Ibuprofen is a p1ssy dose for a viral infection. On the continent they have 600mgm tablets of ibuprofen.....much better.

We're incredibly conservative in UK on painkiller dosage (over counter). When ill in Spain on holiday they gave me a huge box of 1000mg paracetamols.
Anyway I have this too, everyone seems to have it at my work.
