Right at the top of my inner thigh right side I have been itchy for a few months now on and off. However I dismissed it and when I had a look in the mirrow last night there was a red circle about the size of a golf ball! It is raised around the circumference. It is really strange and looks like it could be bad. What is it do I need to see a doctor?

Yes, you have to see a skin specialist. It is better and give quick result to get relief from these skin problem.
