If you a re suffering with a cold, can you catch a second cold virus at the same time?

I presume you can, but therefore you could have two, three, four or more cold viruses all doing their worst.

"Technically at least there is nothing to stop you getting more that one viral illness at a time. However, when we get any virus our immune system switches up a gear and begins to throw out all the antibodies it knows how to make, so the response to the second virus would be even more rapid."

It's bad enough with one hopkirk. Makes me shudder to think of more than one all at the same time!
Its unlikely though unless you travel to different parts of the country or different countries.
