Had Sore Throat And Cough...................no Cold........................

Not sure what it is but I wish it would go away. Coughing more than ever tonight even think I am going to be sick coughing.

How long have you had the "sore throat?"
Are you coughing anything up?

Hi sqad, I have had the sore throat since sunday. although it is feeling better today. coughing at night started on monday. and yes my voice keeps going croak.Think I would say it is a dry cough or tickle but in the morning I have woken up with the feeling I have something in the back of my throat like catarrh.Its horrible feels like I am choking sometimes in the night when I am laying down. lilachen...sounds like Naso-pharyngitis, probably viral in nature, but could well be bacterial.My advice would be to see you GP as if it is bacterial then antibiotics may well stop the catarrh and cough.
