My wife wants to shed some weight but doesn't have the time or the finance to sign up to a gym. I was wondering if there was any online programmes for her to do whilst at home. She only wants to lose about 10 to 12 pounds.

I've seen a few free sign up courses but I'm always a bit dubious of those.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Just eat well and take moderate exercise.

And dont expect to lose the weight quickly. It can take months or years to put on so can take a long time to lose.
As no-one else has answered yet- I'm afraid i don't know about online ones, but if you have a Wii, the Wii Fit is good.

Excellent. Thanks for the info..........I'll show the wife see what she thinks.
Just tried 10 minutes of the Tae Bo exercises. Jeez i'm unfit!!
But i'm going to do them again daily from now on. Need to loses about a stone.

I know it looks pretty intense........my wife likes the idea of it though........we're both trying it for the first time later tonight.
