Many years ago I came down with an illness that caused great consternation in my surgery, it was quite rare. I can.t for the life of me remember what it was and I am wondering if you clever people can identify it from a few vague symptoms.
I had a rash ,but only on my legs and it would come and go , a purple rash made up of lots of tiny bruises. I had random nosebleeds, morning ,noon and night and I had joint pain , so much it would reduce me to tears. It was in my hands , knees, ankles moreso than hips. I had a temprature, and there was no cure offered, just painkilling tabelets and rest.
It took 12 weeks before I felt remotely human, and yet I can't for the life of me remember what they called it. It was a double barrelled name. Any ideas? I know it will be in my notes, you may well jog my memory.

Sorry grasscarp - failed to refresh.
Relapse after so many years would be uncommon. I presume you are seeing your GP.

Blimey, Flump...take care and be well....x
