Back From Eye Clinic!

just got back from having 6th monthly diabetic eye check up at hospital,doctor well happy said eyes 100% doesn't want to see me for a year so that's a lot off my mind well happy!

I used to be 5' 6'' but constant washing over the past 50 years has made me shrink so I won't take up much room in a suitcase :-)

A 6' 8'' tin of squirty cream should keep us quiet for 10 mins Cuddlyone :-D

I feel cheated, I have an annual check on my eye, see diabetic nurse once a year and that's it.
the things I really miss are the sweet things in life, sugar in coffee etc.
Seriously Bernie, that's good news,keep it up!

i'm lucky really baldric never been a sweet ore cake person so i don't miss them cakes etc!

The FIl is very naughty, only has one coffee a day now with sugar, (he takes tea, no sugar or milk)
He has a sweet tooth so treats himself to a scone with butter each day, Mr Alba really is a bad boy buying these things for his dad. (Dad is nearly 80 so he wants to enjoy as much as he can continue with)
