Absolutely Ridiculous Pain - Any Idea?
9 Answers
When I sneeze I get a very sharp pain in my left outer thigh, rather like a bee sting. It is enough to make me yelp but fortunately lasts only a few seconds. On occasion it is more severe and feels as if the skin has split (it hasn't).
I am curious as to what the connection could be between the sneeze and the thigh pain.

i thought it was connected to an abcess I picked up on a tooth (now extracted) but a couple of months on, I was alarmed at the swelling i saw in the mirror this morning.
It is tender to the touch, but otherwise no pain. I am having an X-ray at the dentist this afternoon, but meanwhile, any ideas?
