Omeprazole

Would Omeprazole capsuels produced by Jenson Pharmaceutical contain the same ingredients as capsules produced by Sandoz Pharmaceutical? My wife has been on this medication for 2 years, using the Jenson formulated perscription. Her last perscription was supplied by Sandoz, and since taking the medication, she is experiencing stomach jitters and discomfort.

Yes, the active ingredient in both would be exactly the same, but it is quite interesting about the effects changing the colour and the trade supplier of the exact same tablets, on the human body.

This has been noted over the years in many medications.

If she cannot be reassured, then return to the pharmacist and ask for the tablets in the trade name of Jenson Pharmaceuticals.

The chemist gave me a different make of them and I had terrible indigestion . once I changed back I was fine.
