I have a front lower tooth flipper but I find that it pops out when I eat so am thinking about an adhesive. Not quite sure where to apply the glue as it is only one tooth and am also worried about removing it. Is anyone in the same boat and what is your advice?

Put a dot of Fixodent on the plate and press down. Job done. When you need to remove it, just gentle prise it up and off.
The Fixodent can then be picked off the plate and placed on a dry piece of tissue and discarded.

Hi Chrissa 1, thanks for that but do I put the Fixodent near the top of the plate (near the tooth) or at the bottom also what happens if the adhesive gets on to my "normal" teeth
just put a dot on and press it firmly down it will squash into its own shape and no it cannot harm your teeth.
Yes, use as much as you want. However, no amount of fixative will make up for a poorly-fitting denture. If no better with fixative consider:
1) Addition of clasps to current denture
2) New denture
3) Resin-retained bridge
4) Conventional bridge
5) Implant

PS: Never, ever heard it being called a 'flipper' before! ;-)
