I can get both palms onto the floor when standing up and I wash my feet by lifting each in turn, also while standing but not supporting myself in any other way and I put on my socks when standing similarly without steadying myself against anything. I am possibly older than almost everybody on here so surely everyone can do this.
I can put fingers on floor,no problem. A few bouncy stretches and then I can get palms down also. My balance has never been too good,so put socks on by bending from hip with leg stretched out.
I can just about do it, thanks to yoga - but it's not something I ever remember being able to do. I have long legs, I don't recall ever being able to put my palms flat on the floor.
No, Karl...not everybody. I'm going to guess that you are male and suggest you try to do all that one legged balancing with a pair of huge boobs that make you wobble......not so easy then........Weebles come to mind......☺
