Bra Cup Sizes
24 Answers
I joined a gym some weeks ago, and since then I have had to wear a smaller cup size bra.
I told the instructor, and she said no way can you lose breast tissue.
She informed me you can lose inches off your back, but not your breasts.
I refute this, because I am sure over the years mine have change shape. More than once.
Thoughts anyone, please ?

I disagree with your instructor, I know one of the members in my family has gone from being well endowed to having what we now call warts for breasts and I can tell you, it's not off her back. If I were you, I'd go to a department store or the like and get refitted for a proper fitting bra, or even just measured.
