Brain Tumours
26 Answers
I was visiting my Auntie who is dying from brain tumours. She said something very odd, that she never really took to Mr P and wasn't sure of him at all.
Now she can only have met him once or twice, and he is partially deaf so can appear quite aloof at times especially to people that don't know him.
Please tell me that this comment could have been caused by the tumours. I can't honestly see why should she would not like him.
I'm just looking for reassurance. It's massively important to me that she likes him and approves of him.
She did get a bit confused during other conversations too.

He often tells me to F off, calls me a C. Language I have never heard Mic use in my presence before. In the beginning it really upset me. I now know that this is not the Mic that I know and love but he is still my Mic and the husband that I married nearly 35 years ago.
2sp. When my sister was taken ill with her brain tumour she was so ill for a while , and she managed to grab a pair of scissors from some where (?) and attempted to slash her wrists, and acted very out of the ordinary. in the hospital she also wrote a suicide note that totally shocked us all.
Luckily, she made a pretty good recovery, but soon ended up with Parkinsons.
She was the kindest , loving sister you could wish for.
