A Young Man Who Suffered Catastrophic Head Injuries Some Years Ago.

Suffering more and more frequent fits and talking about the staff of the home where he now lives, saying they are 'going to kill me'.
Yesterday admitted to a neurological ward.
We know he's not going to get any better but what might be going on?

a) as a consequence of his head injuries.......degeneration of the brain(atrophy)
b) nothing to do with the head injuries.....multifocal haemorrhges,progressive dementias of one sort or another.

Bad as we thought it was for him, it looks as though it's getting worse.
