Not Normal Sugar

Noted in my 2nd blood test in a couple of weeks, I have been given an appointment with the nurse. I have had a mild headache for a few days now and I still have a dry mouth. Can anyone throw any light on this for me please ?

Sqad yes I saw that but they have just rang me and told me about the sugar, and I did not know what that was about TBH
