I tripped up a step yesterday evening. Banged my right knee causing a graze but left knee is ok. As I stretched forward, I felt a sharp pain in my left buttock, and now what I call my sit-upon bone, really feels tender to touch. I can't understand what I've done since I didn't land on my bottom at all. Aches a bit to bend over or down as well. Any ideas.

No! ....no idea at all, but it doesn't sound like a big deal as you didn't fall in the sitting position. You hay have "awakened" some old arthritic bits in your spine which is being referred to your "situpon bone."

No big deal.....it will settle ......
