Scar Itching.

Good morning all :)

I'm now about 2 and a half weeks post surgery and sort of healing lol My scar is extremely itchy though.
What is the best thing to use on it [one I may have in the house with any luck but I can get one of the kids to grab me something at the shops later too]?

Hydrocortisone 1%.......if you haven't got it in the house, then it can be obtained over the counter.

Any antihistamine cream...e.g phenergan.

An alternative you could use....lavender oil, I've always found it very soothing on any itches and if your scar is fully healed, then this may prove beneficial.
