Sickness & Diarrhea

Hi, I went to bed about 11 last night feeling fine. Withing half hour I was being violently sick and diarrhea that went on all night. Although the sickness stopped 8 hours ago the diarrhea hasn't yet subsided.

I feel a total washout. Husband went to town and bought some Diarolyte [sp]

I've been taking tiny sips of clear water in between.

Anyone have further ideas how to cope this this please.

There's a lot of it about.You'll have to wait it out I'm afraid. Dioralyte will help plus any other fluids you can keep down. Lots of sleep and paracetamol/ibuprofen if you get an accompanying fever. Expect to feel rough for at least 2 or 3 days.

Oh and immodium will help if the diarrhoea persists.
