Building Muscle But I Cant Eat Too Much Calories

im at gym, i want to build mass but i cannot eat big, i can eat 4 eggs in morning, 2-3 chicken legs in afternoon but i dont eat much else, i had a gastric sleeve op 5 years ago and my stomach is the size of a gold ball . if i eat anymore i usually go to toilet and throw it all up.
can i gain muscle ?
maybe buy some good whey protein , if so what brand ? thanks

I assume that you mean by exercise alone in which case, that is very unlikely mainly because of your limited stomach volume which will necessitate carbohydrate as well as protein.
There is another way....controversial and the disadvantages may well outweigh the advantages.

DD if you've had weight problems in the past think carefully.
Muscle is heavy. As you age muscle becomes flabbier. So if you focus on gaining muscle you may be stroing up problems for later on in life.
Instead of gaining muscle why not focus on toning up, flexibility, and stamina? These will stand you in good stead for future years.
