Many Pains

Male relative, very active 69 year old, looks well, not losing weight or tired etc.
has pain in the testicle and penis area, plus bowels, sometimes has to rush to wee,gets aches in top of legs when sitting down, same sort of aches as in the other bits, has constipation problems. takes statins,cloprigel,. has arthritis and takes 2 x tramadol twice a day. I also take 2 tramadol a day and constipation was a problem at times?? could that be the problem? i must disclose that he is under quite a bit of stress, possibly going bankrupt and is not quite himself mentally, getting a "devil may care" attitude towards life.
any thoughts?

Nothing to do with his symptoms.

That's what this is all about and he needs to see his GP as it may well be due to stones in his urinary tract (kidneys or bladder).

Thanks Squad, Just got to get him to the doctors, typical man, either scared in case its cancer, or embarrassed that the doctor might do a prostrate check.
I thought it might be I.B.S. But i am not sure if that is a real complaint or a stress problem.
