For the last couple of weeks I've been experiencing occasional pain in my left wrist, which seems to be getting worse. Last night the pain, which feels like a burning sensation in the wrist at the point just below the root of my thumb, was bad enough to keep me awake most of the night.
I've tried paracetamol which had no effect, so during the night I took a Voltaren tablet, but also without any improvement.
If anyone has ideas what may cause it, and of course, what might alleviate it, I'd be very grateful.
the office I used to work in was a world centre of RSI and the worst sufferers were those who bravely tried to work through it. Take a break from whatever might be causing it (typing?) and consider changes in posture, equipment etc.
I have the same and in my finger tips and other places The advice I taken thats past on to me By two people that do not know each other worlds apart
Wear a copper bracelet and tale a cod liver oil tablet every day. The copper bracelet hit and mis it therapeutic works for a few not for all. So i'm giving it a bash. I have not been taking it long enough to tell you if it works yet.
