You'll never completely change the body shape you were born with , but join a good reputable gym and get a programme set up to work on the right muscle groups to bulk up a bit and tone.
Sorry guys I did write a few small paragraph's but I can't even see them. My question is basically asking what gym equipment is the best for an ectomorph to gain a bit of muscle mass, what sort of exercises im looking at and how many reps and sets etc..
