Number Of Smokers In England Drops To All-Time Low

I thought we needed some good news for a change :::

Remarkable change in peoples habits, although the hard core smokers are still difficult to reach. Not sure how to get the message over to them.

Time for pubs to cut down on the accomodation for smokers then?
My local has 12 outside tables but 9 of them ( the nicest ones ) are designated as 'smoking area' , just 3 are 'non smoking' and further from the pub entrance . I will suggest they swap the ratio next time I am in there. I will post the Landlord's response on here.
