and if you're the type of person who already has a crosstrainer or exercise bike you use to hang clothes on, then it'll probably turn into another one

They had one at the gym I used to go to and quite a lot of people were using it. I think it depends on the quality of the apparatus.
my sister in law has one but said i couldn't use it as i had hip replacements
like any gym equipment, you need to put the time in to actually get the benefit

They’ve been around for ever. I don’t see any fitness journalists recommending them though.
too good to be true. The only way any kind of electric fitness stuff like that works is if you use your muscles to "fight" against it....its like those toning tables that waggle your arms and legs. If you just lie there and let them do it you gain nothing.
danny folk use this stuff because its easy and people feel like they are achieving something
I bought one a couple of years ago primarily to help my wife who is my main carer and subject to the occasional twinge while looking after me. She certainly feels the benefit as does anyone else who gives it a go.
When switched on and after the initial surprise that the undulating sensation gives everyone finds it quite therapeutic.

Certainly not the worst £100 I've ever spent.
stefos, it might well ease pain for some people but it won't improve muscles or remove weight.
